Yoga Room
Here at our Yoga studio we pride ourselves with the buzz of community it provides, acting as a haven for movement, release, connection and time to remember that you are so much more than your busy mind.
In our Yoga Room, each class will give you that space to check in, to breathe and to listen, using the tools of Yoga, Somatic stress release techniques and other movement principles. You are invited to free the body from tightness and holding, to address limiting movement/breathing patterns and ignite a unity within your being, allowing you to navigate your day with more freedom and less aches and pains.
The Zen Den
We offer 3 main signature classes. Zen Restore and Yin Yoga offer a slow paced, contemplative and deeply relaxing class to help find balance to a fast paced lifestyle or rigorous exercise regime. This is the place where you’ll come to find nourishment for your body and mind.
Our Zen Hot practice is unique offering strength, mobility and grounding. This is a truly somatic practice where we encourage you not to focus on each posture but instead the felt sense of the body within them.
All too often we navigate this world rushing or floating through time not noticing what each moment has to offer us or indeed unaware of what we have to give to each moment. Perhaps now is the time to make time for you.....
